King is the founder and owner of Top-notch Plumbing Services - DrainBoss SewerKingz. Started right here in Irving Texas with Ron's Irving Services at 16 years old being an orphan I had to drop out of school and start working as my family I met after being passed through abusive homes and barely made it alive they put me out before I could graduate so I stopped going to school and had to start working long story short Ron was a great 3rd generation plumber and gave me the karate kid lessons and my Journey man
Plumber who apparently fired about 50 apprentices before me told Ron that I had something he said your the only one that he hasn't beat the crap out of and ran off he said I must have something but long story short I stuck with it wasn't always easy but I fell in love and grew a Passion to learn and understand it before I knew it I had to run a service truck before my time and I sold almost 10grand which Mr
10 Grand Became my nickname But for me it was more about the clients the quality and the service value I seen lacking and missing in company’s today and the lack of care and plumbers lack of undera what they were doing I wanted my clients to know they were with the best of the best and got a beyond average technician and service with my company I would set standards and make sure the clients were valued even after the money was paid if they ever need me i give them thw same value when they spent money not just while they are spending money with us but after and show appreciation that I wasn’t allowed to do alot of times i Want my clients to know they are valued and highly favored beyond the day they make payment and have integrity that they know they got the best service money can buy we are not the same we are different and each one of my technicians will hold the same values and standards or they can’t work for us I hold standards for my clients and I’m the reason they have peace of mind and security of Knowing Dalen will take care of me and he does what he says words from other customers that have been said to me. The story goes much deeper but you get the point of the value and the difference I hold for my clients this is not just a business this is my life and these are my people and I am a protector and provider i take care of mine.

At DFW DRAINBOSS-SEWERKINGZ, our mission is to provide reliable, affordable, and top-quality plumbing services to our clients with quality plumbers who aren't just focusing on pressured sales techniques of things you don't really need or can't afford which a lot of plumbing services and bigger company's unfortunately are strictly based off of money and sales these days we wanted to be different and not apply that on our technicians every morning and every meeting about being fired for not selling another 20k. We believe that everyone deserves access to clean and functioning plumbing, and we're committed to making that a reality for our customers.
